At Lievik Atelier, each piece is crafted with precision and care. To ensure a smooth experience, please read our customer care guidelines below.


Ordering

  • Customers can order directly through our official website, email, or WhatsApp.
  • Ready stock items can be purchased immediately after confirmation.
  • Pre-order items will include estimated production times on their product page.
  • Please review product descriptions carefully (size, finish, material). For further details, contact us before purchasing.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been received.

Shipping

  • Domestic orders are shipped via JNE (YES/REG) or Pos Indonesia.
  • International shipping is handled by Pos Indonesia and Rayspeed for our customers based in Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Japan .
  • Ready stock items will be shipped within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery times may be affected by holidays, natural events, or courier conditions.
  • Customers may request alternative couriers by noting them when placing the order.
  • Once shipped, Lievik Atelier is not responsible for the package, but we will assist with tracking if needed.

Product Care

  • Sterling Silver 925: May naturally tarnish. Restore shine with a silver polishing cloth.
  • Silver Plating: Handle with care. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaning.
  • Coated Damascus Steel: The coating protects against rust. Avoid scratches, impacts, and harsh chemicals. Wipe clean with a dry cloth after use.
  • Always store jewelry in its pouch/box, in a clean and dry place.
  • Avoid exposure to perfume, lotion, hairspray, and prolonged contact with water.
  • Remove jewelry before bathing, swimming, or exercising.

After-Sales Treatment

  • Every purchase comes with a 8-month warranty, covering product restoration and professional cleaning.
  • To request after-sales service, please fill in the Product Treatment form. We will confirm via email/WhatsApp.
  • Shipping costs to and from our studio are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend sending products in their original packaging.
  • After the warranty period, maintenance and restoration services are available at customer’s expense, depending on treatment needs.
  • We will notify you once your piece is ready to be returned.
